Anne's Little Princesses

In the shifting character dynamics I'm currently experimenting with, Anne is such a wild card that it makes it easy for her to be a foil to Dolly and get her in situations such as... this!

Now, one may ask: did they need to be the baby versions riding the go-karts(modified into baby carriages)? Well, no, but obviously putting in that much dedication will surely pull in the adoration of the crowd! And the spectacle! So, why isn't Anny also riding a big fish in diapers? Well, obviously someone has to push the carts, duh!

Of course, one needs a really good reason to get Dolly to willingly put diapers and be pushed around in a pink dress, and obviously the reason is a big first prize. Of course, Anne didn't really promise there would be a cash prize, but surely it couldn't be some stupid misprinted Pokemon playing card that has no value aside from a collector relic like the last time, could it?

...well, maybe!
